At the heart of our foundation is a commitment to opening doors for every child, ensuring that no young athlete is ever left on the sidelines due to financial barriers. Through your generous support, we fund inclusive youth sports programs, instructional clinics, and essential equipment, giving local children the chance to experience the pure joy of the game, build lifelong friendships, and develop healthy habits.
These sports initiatives do more than just teach athletic skills; they bring our entire community together. From vibrant sports festivals to charity tournaments, we host family-friendly events that unite Volusia County, creating a powerful sense of belonging and pride where every family feels welcome.
We are also deeply invested in guiding the leaders of tomorrow. Through our Sports Management and Marketing Internship Program, we mentor high school and college students, providing a safe, encouraging environment where they can build professional confidence and learn real-world skills. Your donations directly invest in these young adults, giving them the tools and guidance they need to thrive in their future careers.
Our beloved mascot twins, Bob n’ Kat, bring smiles and laughter directly to local schools and neighborhood events, teaching children valuable lessons about teamwork, kindness, and dreaming big. We believe in celebrating the good that already exists around us.
Through Volusia Sports X-Tra, we lift up our local heroes by shining a heartfelt spotlight on the selfless coaches, dedicated volunteers, and inspiring youth athletes who pour their hearts into making Volusia County a better, brighter place for everyone.
The driving force behind the Volusia Sports Foundation is a dedicated group of professionals committed to public leadership, youth development, and regional growth. Together, we work hand-in-hand with families, private investors, and community advocates to create meaningful opportunities across Volusia County.
